N-Central customers (and those participating in a trial) are given access as part of on-boarding—your internal administrator can set up additional users when you’re under contract.

RMM Customers: Several accounts were migrated from connect.MAXfocus.com and received an email with logon credentials. If you no longer have this email, please use the Reset Password option above. If you are a new customer or did not receive an email, please choose and enter the company email address used with your RMM dashboard.

If you receive an error when creating a new account, there is no action required. We have received a notification and are working on our end to create or restore your Community Portal account as quickly as possible.
